Getting Started:

Below are the different levels of coaching available. Each level has something different to offer depending on what you’re looking for. Whether your goal is running your first 5km without stopping or racing to be competitive at the ultramarathon distance, there is a spot for you.

Once you sign up, you will receive a training history questionnaire. By filling it out, it gives us the information we need to start understanding your fitness background. We will then schedule a time to chat or meet, and together we will develop a plan that is tailored to you. The Plan:

After you have signed up, we will send you an interactive Google Sheets document. Depending on the level of coaching you have chosen, the document will give you the appropriate information. Below is a snapshot of a current athlete who is training for her first 50 miler, using the $100/month plan.
